Is Sasuke Rinnegan Genjutsu the strongest?

I was wondering this.

Their are many OP things about this Genjutsu.

1: No Eye Contact Required

2: Can target multiple individuals

3: Strong enough to neg Biju

4: No Prep Time/ Seemingly Low Chakra Consumption

I guess the real question is can it put a ginshuriki under genjutsu ... if not i wouldn't say it was stronger than kotoamatsukami or tsukutomi...

It isn't stronger than Tsukuyomi or KA. It is more useful than Tsukuyomi though because it appears eye contact isn't necessary.

No it isn't. Sasuke's genjutsu didn't even control the bijuu it merely paralyzed them. While it is a huge leap from sasuke's previous genjutsu, it is still a far cry from KA, IT and even itachi's genjutsu.

Well he was able to somehow enter Naruto's mind and supress Kurama so I assume he can cast the Genjutsu directly on the Biju inside of a Jinchuriki but I am not sure.

In some aspects I guess it is inferior... but I guess it depends on the situation.

FYI, sasuke genjutsu is weakest because kurama broke it easily while tobit and madara's genjutsu needed to be cancelled through contract seal.

1. How did Sasuke hit the Bijuu's 360 at once, did you see him spin around?

2. Obviously. Since they were all genjutsu'd at once.

3. Doesn't change the fact that Sasuke did it too.

4. Where was it stated that it needed prep? Do you see Sasuke exhausted? Plus he used CT right afterwards. Quite obvious it didn't take much chakra.

People are too quick to downplay Sasuke. Sheesh.

If that was the case, he should have just used it on Naruto. Yet Sasuke seemed positive that IT would get Naruto if he didn't protect him. That and IT is powered by the moon and requires the use of the God Tree. It would make more sense for it to be stronger than Sasuke's genjutsu.

Well Sasuke had no desire to fight Naruto... Naruto is engaging Sasuke. Not to mention Plot Shield

Its special to bijuu. Hashirama can control BIJUU. he can't just make normal people obey.

Sage ancestors have an ability to control bijuu.
