Espadara here with a question; could Shisui use Kotoamatsuki to force someone to activate Mangekyo Sharingan?
The main focus of KA is forcing the opponent to undergo 'False Expeiriences'. One could call it a greater form of Tsukuyomi, however KA can also alter the memories/personalities of the opponent via forcing the users will upon the opponent. This is evident in the move "Kotoamatsukami: Koba". Shisui creates a world similar to that of Tsukuyomi, inflicting damage via Kotoamatsukami. Itachi also mentions Shisui's great will.
So, back to my question. Since Kotoamtsukami is so powerful at false experiences, could Shisui use it on a fellow Uchiha to activate their Mangekyo Sharingan?
