What if two people cut it half and eat the same devil fruit. Would they both get powers? Or would non of them powers. Or maybe they would both die. Or maybe it will effect their power in way where they need to work together to activate it. After all there's no two people with same devil fruit abilities.

I've wondered that before too actually. I think it just wouldn't work. That you have to consume the whole fruit or it won't work.

What if orochimaru cloned sasuke and cultivated unlimited sharingan and used his subjects to make them obtain mangekyo and then used the special few for eternal mangekyo?

These things simply don't happen I think.

The one who tastes it a split second first will get the ability because DF loses it's ability right after someone gets a chunk of it...

It's simple. Who takes a bite first gets the powers. It does not matter if u slice it in 100 different pieces or two..first bite=powers,
all the rest are left with a sh!tty tasting fruit without getting anything in return

Maybe you'd only get half the power?

Very interesting thought!

Hm, how do you know that? Are you saying that from when Kaku and Kalifa at the fruit? I thought about that incident but what if they eat it at the same too? There can be a few ways to complicate this whole thing.

I guess whoever swallows it faster, even if it's by a nanosecond, will be the only one to get the power.

I guess :/.

But were you basing that on what happened in the Enies Lobby arc? Or a SBS? Or maybe something I just missed? I was wondering if it was ever directly stated or just something the reader kind of gathers while reading.
