Madara proved chakra can be separated from the soul and therefore he owned ashura chakra as long as he lived. Reincarnation operate through souls/spirits. In any case, I would like for someone intellectual to explain to me, how reincarnation affects biological materials. In which case, it doesn't. Indra's Chakra and Ashura's Chakra are passed down to the entire Uchiha and Senju clan; not just Hashirama or Madara. That's how the Uchiha possess the Sharingan (a material which can only be possessed by Indra's Chakra) and powerful body (material of Ashura's Chakra). So, Rinnegan can be awakened either possessing the Uchiha & Senju blood or Indra's Chakra & Ashura's Chakra. The 2 terms are related.

Just like Madara, Sasuke received Dna from hashirama, i don't remember what chapter, but when hashi was pinned to the floor, he told sasuke to come to him, so he can give him something.

Now how did he awaken it after that?Because he nearly died. Madara told obito he awakened the rinnegan when he was near death. Sasuke practically died. This enabled him to awaken the rinnegan.


So to awaken the rinnegan you need senju/uchiha dna plus be near death. This applied to both Madara and Sasuke. So people who say sasuke recieved the rinnegan are fools.

only thing i cant explain is why he only got it in one eye , and with tomoes. perhaps him meeting with the sage and recieving a bit of chakra is what pushed his rinnegan to an even further stage. But even if this never happened, sasuke would have had regular rinnegan.​

Wrong. Sasuke got te little bit of Hashirama chakra he had left and a jutsu to bind Madara, Kabuto used Hashirama's cells to help revive Sasuke

. Therefore Sasuke can't awaken the Rinnegan with Hashirama's DNA and can only do so with Naruto's DNA. Hagaromo's Yin chakra powered up Sasuke's EMS to a Rinnegan as that's they power Indra recieved (eyes and yin chakra [powerful chakra and spiritual energy]).

Madara only knew what was on the tablet which Black Zetsu tampered with so Hagaromo who wrote the actual tablet would know more about it than Madara and Obito never awakened the Rinnegan because he didn't have Ashura and Indra chakra, only Hashirama's cells after the Transmigration was over.

Indra got the Sage's eyes and was gifted with powerful chakra and spiritual energy (Yin) and Ashura got the Sage body and was gifted with lifeforce and physical energy (Yang)

. Hagaromo made Sasuke like Indra with his Yin chakra and Naruto like Ashura with his Yang. Yin= eyes yang= body when it comes to Indra reincarnations and Ashura reincarnations. Madara was said to be born with very powerful chakra even among the Uchihas and Sasuke's chakra was compared to Madara's by Kurama and Madara mentions how Sasuke have straight comas like him more than once. No other way for Sasuke to get the Rinnegan but Hagaromo as Hagaromo already said Madara only got the Rinnegan because he got a Hashirama's cells before the transmigration was over and it's currently Naruto who is Ashura's reincarnation.
