where can you read 'official' manga?

As the title says, where can you read the better drawn(?) manga, or better said the official?
I want to change my avatar but I want the picture to be from the official manga, like in the book..

I know that shonen jump is where the manga originally comes out, but how does viz tie in? i use to think viz did the anime, but apparenlty they do manga too. Answer?

Do you prefer a certain art style ?
Are you referring to some translation errors that appear in panels of certain chapters that are later corrected in the volumes ?


As far as your current picture nothing would be different about it in the slightest if you obtain the "official" panel from the volumes.
