Who uses the Rinnegan better, Sasuke, Madara, or Nagato?

By Feats, It's obviously Nagato since he's the one that introduced the Rinnegan. By hype, It's Madara since he's the original owner and by time I'm willing to bet Sasuke will be much better than Nagato at using the Rinnegan.

As far as usage and skill goes Nagato is the best. But at the same time you have to realize that nagato had the rinnegan longer than both madara and sasuke. Since madara got his right before his death and sasuke recently got his through hagoromo.
