STTGL is 52.8billion light years tall and has the maneuverability of a normal human which averages at 5 times it's own height at max speed. Therefore whilst running STTGL can do over 250billion light years a second.

The flash gets godstomped by even Galaxy Gurren lagann, the problem for each one is catching the flash.
I doubt he could steal it's speed as the pilots would just spiral force reality warp it back, but they can also probability manipulate flasb into running into an attack or attack him from all axises of time and space when he was a kid and gg.
Really @ the dude who said it wins in a race? Flash > PC supes, who got to the end of the universe in like a second, he himself has propelled to the end of the universe instantly, also, he breaks the time barrier. Close match, but seeing as STTGL can at least fit in the universe for a little bit it is safe to say flash wins.
