well, sasuke design is out that means he didnt die so why did kishi allow it.
1. the fight between the two brothers;we were never told if ashura killed indra or the other way round,so my conclusion is the brother feud never result to Death,also their Transmigrates(hashirama and madara;cos madara didnt die,he somehow survive) so naruto vs sasuke also means NO ONE DIES.
2. lets face it, Kishi is obeying the Bible 'go out and multiply'. the Uchiha clan is in the Brink of Extinction so sasuke needs to MULTIPLY
