Two things to point out

2. Sasuke has left his sword in the ground since madara took it out of him, even during this he only has his sword holster,

meaning he didn't have his sword going into the lava dimension, so his holster was the only thing melted away, right or wrong?

The panel shows a small part of his sword falling which means it was the holster without the sword or else it would be longer. Meaning Sasuke should have his sword Vs. Naruto

I think the sideways cocoon is Akamaru. Sasuke probably swapped with a Gudou Dama there.
