So pretty much knock you opponent into the air and while you're standing on a water source (e.g. lake, river), weave the three necessary hand seals. Afterwards, channel your chakra into the water below you and use shape manipulation to create 2 water drills that rise on both sides of your opponent. Finally, guide those two drills to collide with the target's torso and back.

(Suiton: Nijū inpakuto) - Water Release: Dual Impact
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: After knocking their opponent into the air, the user performs a series of three hand seals Bird→Dog→Snake and proceeds to channel their chakra into the water below them. Finally the user, using shape manipulation, will create two water drills that rise on both sides of their opponent & guides it to collide with their torso and back.
Note: Must be taught by Yānks.
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle
Note: Requires a water source

I was a noob back then, not now :p
Let me assume that both myself and the opponent are in a water surface.

Perform it:
I now start to dash towards the opponent with full force, as the oppoent tries to punch me in the face I quicklly duck and give a upper rising cut to the abdomen of the opponent which makes his air bone. as the opponent is at mid air I quickly perform the three required hand seal and start to channel chakra into the water below me. Then I manipulate that water to form two drills near the opponent that attack both the sides of the opponent. I then guide the drill to attack the torso and back of the oppoenent.

Advantages/Disadvantages:
The advantage of the technique is that it is a two sided attack on a air bone opponent. the opponent will find it difficult to dodge the attack when airbone and since it is double sided it will be even more difficult for the opponent to dodge it.

the disadvantage i feel is like the damage produce is not lethal. and it also requires the opponent to be airbone.

Counter:
Can be countered with a Earth style : dome which hardens the body of the user. or a wind stream to push the target from the path of the two drills.

So knock your target into a wall first, then gather up some chakra. Afterwards, weave the needed hand seals & point two fingers on the same hand towards them. By doing so, you'll release five rings of fire that heads towards the target and pin them to the wall' causing 3rd degree burns

(Katon: Isonrin Baindo) - Fire Release: Five-Ringed Bind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: After knocking their opponent into some type of wall [Regular, bolder, etc.], the user will first weave the Tiger→Special Hand seal [like the one Deidera uses to create explosions] while gathering up their fire chakra. They would then point their extended finger forward towards the target and release five small, glowing rings that attach themselves to the opponent's neck, arms and legs, restraining them to the wall. When contact is made between the target and the rings, they suffer from intense 3rd degree burns. The binds, however, can be broken with a force of B-Rank or stronger.
Note: Must be taught by Yānks
Note: Can only use three times per battle
Note: The target must be backed up against a wall

Perform, 3 advantages, 2 disadvantages

So, Say that I reach Short range from my opponent. I now place my hand on the ground channeling doton chakra making a section of earth to rise up a few meter behind the opponent while smashing the chin of the opponent with my leg. This throws the opponent towards the raised earth. now I perform the tiger and a special hand seal and form 4 fire rings which I direct towards the opponent which binds him to the wall as well as making him suffer 3rd degree burns.

Advs:

> handy techniques to be used in a battle along with Taijutsu moves.
> Can bind the opponent who is pinned on the ground. U_U Can it?
> Can be deadly if successful since the Neck will suffer 3rd degree burns.

Disadvs:

> Rank is kinda low. B rank earth armour can protect the opponent.
> Hand seal makes this technique less versatile. U_U
