Who do you think is the greatest Armament Haki User? Names like Garp, Shanks, WB, Rayleigh come to mind.

Great activation speed too, wouldn't you agree? And he's the only one who can cover his entire head in haki too.

And he's not half bad at Observation haki.

I wasn't talking about Wrath, although he's atleast as cool too. I'm talking about the only guy who can cover his entire head in Haki too.

So far from what weve seen most skilled and best control goes to Vergo and most powerful Whitebeard's hurt Akainu the strongest Admiral pretty badly or Garps he crushed 8 mountains with his fist and overwhelmed Don Chinjao's armament haki which was capable of splitting continents in half.

Although Vergo probably has extensively displayed great control, but because the blackening effect has been shown only after the TS it and the fact that Law was still able to cut through him, he was nowhere near the best. Admirals, WB, Rayleigh are in a different league altogether. I mean, even people like Marco couldn't really harm Akainu with their haki. And Marco is much stronger than Vergo, in haki too probably.

Vergo probably has the most quantity in haki control from what we have seen but definitely not the best quality

AKA: Greed/Ling Yao or alternatively noted as Greedling.

OT: Only going to go with displayed feats for now. So Vergo who's displayed full body armament as well as weapon armament.
