Hashirama - (Mokuton)? SM

Naruto - Frog SM

Kabuto - Dragon SM

I think DSM has the best benefits. It turned Kabuto into an incredible fighter

Maybe DSM? Although Hashirama's SM could be better just because it belongs to the big man himself and
it gave Hashi the strength to make the buddha.

Of course, the ultimate SM would be Rikudou senjutsu.

hashi's sm. the only reason kabuto stood a chance was because itachi and sasuke wasn't trying to kill him. the kind of strength hashi's offer him is incredible so much that even after madara took his cells, he took his sage mode too. and we all saw what he was like after he got it

Most SM offer more or less the same benefits, All increase Tai/Nin/Gen, Strength/Speed and give sensor abilties. Hashirama's Sm is no better than Toad/Snake, It's just that hashirama in base is far stronger than Naruto/Kabuto are in base.

That's some wired logic. Didn't Frog SM turn Naruto into an "incredible" fighter as well as Hashisama's SM turning him into an even more of an incredible fighter? Unless you mean to say that Kabuto wasn't an incredible fighter to begin with and DSM solely turned him into an incredible fighter resulting in why you chose DSM?

I don't think any of the SMs can compare to Rikudou's. Naruto already perfected his Senjutsu against Nagato. Imagining him now puts him on pedestal. Also, Hashirama can use Mokuton without SM.

Well Hashirama's SM doesn't have any noticeable benefits that the other SM get, Senjutsu making their jutsus stronger. Naruto can fuse with Ma and Pa, Kurama prevented Naruto from fusing with them but he can do it now. Naruto has the best SM out if the 3. Also the sound 5 aren't a part of Kabuto's SM, he just use their jutsus in the mode so all Kabuto has is the jutsus, Senjutsu enhancement of his speed, and sensory ability. Naruto has sensory, enhanced speed, strength, durability, endurance, power up jutsus, faster recovery rate, can fuse to Ma and Pa toad which grants him infinite SM, boiling oil, frog song, dust cloud, and other jutsus the toads have.

They probably all offer the same thing. Hashiramaʻs SM wasnʻt explored as much as naruto or kabutoʻs. Kabutoʻs SM alone didnʻt turn him into an increadible fighter, itʻs all his enhancements like the sound five, snake body, karinʻs DNA, juugoʻs cells, suigetsuʻs ability, and orochimaruʻs powers that got boosted by his sage mode.
