If i remember correctly, it was stated that Sasori was immune to all forms of genjutsus because he doesn't have a brain, correct? Does this mean he is also immune to IT?

Sasory would still fall into IT. Regardless of what he is , he is still a person. Kishi said that Hidan would die of lack of nutrition so no. IT doesn't work on dead people it only has the ability to bring the dead back to life in peoples dreams. And if he was alive the he would be in IT since it was stated that it shines through even the darkest shadows
