Simple, as history says, what starts in violence, ends in violence, that's how Sasuke's peace ends, and a new cycle will begin, a worse cycle. They may both be wrong, technically, the thing is, Naruto understands there will always be issues, another Madara will always arise and must be stopped, the thing is, Naruto's way would be the one to accomplish the longest periods of peace. What ended the war between the great nations (the world powers) in our world? It was WWII, where we decided shit like that needed to stop, know what didn't end it? The French Revolution (Sasuke's solution, basically). Naruto's will, the drive to allow what exists and can be (the idea that the current situation can lead to some peace) is the right one, Sasuke plans to destroy that.
When you justify one killing, you justify another, and another, and another, what starts out as killing the five kages to "end all war" will end in killing random citizens for "disturbing the peace".
It is true Naruto's way is a better path compared to Sasuke's but the bolded statement says it all, it will be one of the longest periods of peace meaning that Naruto's way just extends the time of peace but nonetheless their will always be hatred, it is inevitable. Naruto can extend it all he likes but he can never achieve eternal peace.
