Since Viz says they don't have the Sun and Moon seal to undo infinite tsukuyomi. It requires the tail beast chakra + Rinnegan.

We know those seals dramatically made to power up to do God like moves (well Naruto screen time did) and had them able to fight on par with the Juubi Jinchuuriki.

What are the nerfs? Or do you still believe they are as powerful as then, and why?

Basically write what tier they are in now compare to their Kaguya arc power.

The Sun and Moon seal were not the embodiment of the powers Rikudo gave them. The seals were just for the Six Paths Chibaku Tensei to seal Kaguya, and Naruto's let him resuscitate Gai and Obito, and restore Kakashi's eye.

But that isn't related to battle power, so they are the same level of strength, except Sasuke is stronger now that he's gained proficiency with his eye.
