--His 5 hearts and katon+futon combo have the AOE and offensive power to destroy most of his sasoris puppets which simply lack the durability,,, to surivive much of kakuzus, offense,,,

--His elemental attacks coming from his hearts allow him to overwhelm sasoris 100 puppets,,,and seeing how his domu prevents him from poisons he is safe throughout the battle

--With his domu defense he is safe from IS,, and can destroy the third kazekage puppet,,, and he also has the physical strenght to destroy hiruko and the evasive speed to evade all attacks from it,,meaning that sasori is not winning

its a bad match up 4 sasori. wind-fre beats 100 puppets & water-lightning beats iron sand.

and even if kakuzu gets poisoned & dies over a week later, I don't think the paralysis aspect of it would take affect on his particular physiology
