For me,

Kakashi for Hokage
Darui for Raikage
Kitsuchi for Raikage
??? for Mizukage

At this point, Even if he is smart, anyone in the Konoha11 are arguably people like Shikamaru, Rock Lee, Shino, Hinata, Sai, late Neji and even Sand Village's Kakuro can fairly battle him with 50:50 chance of winning. That being said, I'm not suggesting that those guys can run for Hokage but part of the requirements of a Hokage is his fighting power level and current Kakashi without his Sharingan fails in that criteria. Even Gai can paw'n him anytime anywhere ATM.

The next Leaf-Hokage candidate perhaps are just:

yeah I agree with you that's why I added the word ATM , in the previous most ARC, Kakashi always relied on his Sharingan when fighting boss-type opponents...unless the upcoming chapters reveals that he can still give a fight and prove the us wrong, then based on the last chapter, it's fair to think that he is currently weaker even against Sakura who inherited the Sannin powers of Tsunade.

He isnt even that weak. No one from the Konoha 11 can beat him except for Naruto. Gaara is weaker than Kakahi. That's a fact since Gaara lost to Deidara who could've been defeated by Kakashi.

And there are better Hokage candidates than Sakura and Sasuke. For eg : Shikamaru.
