the bijuu are chakra incarnate, so even having a piece of chakra is having a piece of them. remember the kin/gin brothers who ate the meat of kurama. kurama's chakra mixed with theirs and they became sorta pseudo jin's. naruto was given a portion of their chakra from them of their own free will. that chakra is a part of him, just like his own chakra. so naruto has the same power he had before.

OK But even IF he has some of their power will it be enough? I mean Sasuke did defeat all nine of them. so just pieces of their power won't be enough.

That power was enough to do damage to Kaguya when Sasuke couldn't so yes I think it will be enough. He also have the truth seeking balls that allows him to fly and as we've seen from Juubito and Juubidara, can tank major attacks with one ball alone. We have yet to see if Naruto can negate ninjutsu with them or cut through Susanoo. Also Sasuke doesn't have such a large reserve as Naruto and he used a ton of Chakra with PS and his Rinnegan jutsus while Yin Kurama which is in Naruto, can replenish his chakra as we seen Yang Kurama do over and over during the war.

And at what point did Naruto lose them? He never lost them because he was never connected to Kaguya when they escaped her. The Sage even said Naruto still have their chakra and they can use the chakra that's in Naruto to meet up when they need too.
