Kishi is still nerfing Sasuke down; Jutsu explain and jutsu ability

We have seen many Rinnegan users.

Among them: Hagaromo, Madara, Obito, Nagato, Yahiko, other Pain Paths and Animal Summons.

All of them could use jutsu without limit from Kishi.

Now Sasuke has time limit, range limit, usage limit and cool down limit for his Rinnegan.

But Kishi is always make exceptions for Naruto.

Let’s see the other hosts: Madara, Obito, Bee, Minato, Kushina, other hosts (too many to count)

All of them could not use the powers after the Biju was extract from them.

But Naruto lost all but could still use all the powers and benefits of the tailed beasts.

Conclusion is Kishi always help Naruto, and always makes things for Sasuke harder, yet Sasuke always the best.

This really prove of Sasuke intelligense, and other ninja related abilities is better.

BM naruto had the time limit of 8 minutes to stay in BM.

So we cant say that Kishi likes to nerf opponents just to make MC win he fight

You have to have a time limit with sasukes rinnegan otherwise its unbeatable cause he could just spam teleporting and youd never be able to hit him
