Strength
Toon Deva's hands cut trough rocks like hot knife through butter.

Toon Deva could also parry KN6 punches, which could destroy massive rocks.(also shows mad surfing skillz in the gif)

Also the fact that Toon Deva can get up(without using, legs or hands btw, just some kind of weird forse)while being pressured by the earth on top of him, shows how strong his body is.

Runs so fast, that his legs seemingly disappear.

Kept up with KN6, who created Tsunami's in his path, just because of his sheer speed. Toon Deva didn't even need to move his legsLol.

Durability
All attacks mentioned bellow are taken without any damge:
Gets hit by a massive wall, and punched by Toon KN4(a lot stronger than normal KN4)

Gets blown away with a massive forse, constantly hitting the ground, crashing in random rocks, and finally after kilometers of traveled distance hits his head brutally in a mountain, which then collapses on him.

Other examples: Gets hit by an incomplete Bijuudama, gets pinned down by a massive rock multiple times, and gets hit by multiple KN6 chakra blasts.
Elemental Powers

Deva could also turn the chakra rod into fire. With all of this seen i will assume, that he can turn any material, into an element he wants.

Enchanced ST, BT and CT
Enchanced BT: Splits the mountain, and boosts it into the sky.

Enchanced CT: Not only did Ton Deva's CT laughed at multiple TBB's, but Toon Deva can also stop his opponent from charging an attack, making it impossible to destroy CT.
