Because Kishi wants time to prep for this chapter and make sure he doesn't make a mistake on his part...and also Naruto Storm Revolution came out this week so he probably played it which I don't blame him since it's his series lol, but at least he isn't taking 1-2 years to play it and put it on hiatus making it seem like he doesn't give a **** about his fans and are just using them to buy the next hottest game for a RPG series yep, I just went there.
