...not independent. The United Kingdom will remain united, for now.
What a shame. The majority of the Scottish citizens voted for the separation, right? If so, seems the corrupt british don't like to give up all the resources that stem from Scottish lands. Like their water springs
It has nothing to do with resources and we are not corrupt. It may surprise people to know that we love Scotland and are proud to be part of it with the UK, this was about loseing a family not about water springs, you don't live in the UK, you wouldn't understand.
It would have been easy for them to join EU and NATO.I think its better this way ..... Smaller countries are easier to topple and Scotland would have had tremendous amounts of problems in establishing itself as a Nation in all respects from Military to Trade, especially during these times.

Yup. The british government is the same as the US. Corrupt and full of shit.
That is true for every government![]()
In my country..Since early 2014, student scholarships that got fully covered by the govt. if you finished your education, has changed into student loans. Now you have to pay all of your college expenses back. This is just one of the policies that we copied from the us and uk. It's primary purpose; to enslave the youth with debt.
I doubt the recession helped, all countries have been trying to find a way to earn extra cash, unfortunately that always seems to come at the expense of those who can't afford it. :dunno:
My govt also wasted 4 billion of tax euros on purchasing fighter planes and other military stuff to please usa and nato..meanwhile considering to put a hold to medicare for 80+'ers.
Unfortunately governments don't always do what is good for there country but in the end the decision is there's and no one else's, I have always believed that any large decisions should be put down to a public vote.
Sadly the scottish independence votes were rigged. Same thing happened with the usa presedential elections. Ron Paul would have been leading the country to abundance if it wasn't for the rigged elections.
They do what is good for their neo-liberal goals. Not what's good for the abundance of the citizens.
Well, I don't believe it was rigged but of course I don't know.
In what part of the uk do you live? I'd like to get some info on the most peacefull places over there. Brighton sounds good. I might move to the uk in the future. Gf lives in London but I dislike big cities like London. Too much concrete and repelling ppl. I spotted 2 pedophiles in my 3rd day over there.
