None of their looks are finalized yet, are they? Kishi released multiple sketches of what they could look like.

Naruto's hair is fine the way it is. Yes, it could have been better. However, there's always room for improvement. This same principle applies to all the character sketches we've seen so far. Be thankful it's not as lame as Gaara's new hair style. :/

ot: I actually agree that Naruto looks better than Sasuke now. Not by much, though.
