I honestly can't envision Sasuke as a leader. He doesn't really like being around others, he's pretty abrasive, and the means through which he hopes to achieve his goal are questionable. People wouldn't want to follow a person like that, especially when they already have someone like Naruto around. I could see Sasuke going into seclusion and becoming like a hermit or something.
