Oh? Was Sasuke not crying about the one who killed his parents? He cried about Itachi then joined Obito who also took part in killing the Uchihas and he did that just to kill them. Naruto knows Obito was manipulated by the hatred created by the current system which he wants to change just like how Sasuke knows Danzo manipulated Itachi. Also Naruto trained to tame his hatred at the waterfall of truth so he actually have decent reasons for himself. Even Minato understood Obito was manipulated by the system and didn't show a side of hate only sadness and regret.

Because Kishi is a terrible writer. He takes things too far with Narutos emotive side. It's moments like that which make me want Sasuke to kill him.
