why this matters.

- naruto has been downgraded for this fight while sasuke is at the same level (with new techs)
- sasuke isnt going to win
- if naruto wins it shows that sasuke was never on rikudo mode level
- if tie, then sasuke was unable to beat a weaker naruto when people believe that sasuke is on rm level.

this would also go with the idea that sasuke is around double rinnegan madara level, but i think there will be heavy plot in this fight.

kishi also thinks noodles is strong enough at this level to take on sauce

Even if Sasuke loses, which he probably will, it will be a close fight. This is the most anticipated fight in the story and the climax of the manga. It would be stupid if one side won too easily.

He still has some of all the biju chakra in him so I don't know if he has been downgraded or not, if so its very temperately. He is still the 'meeting grounds' for all of their subconscious. Remember how they all met even though under obito's command?
