-it takes too long to summon Ma and Pa, and Minato has to clasp his hands together for the entire duration so that's not happening
-Madara with Hashirama's senjutsu reacted to FTG already, Minato without FTG is child's play for SM Hashirama
-Minato has no Genjutsu feats and even Hiruzen couldn't break Bringer of Darkness
Not that it's needed SM Hashirama would destroy Minato in Taijutsu

Minato still wins...
1st scenario minato is still hella faster than jiraya hence has the advantage of speed and rasengan is enough to flatten either if hit,
2nd scenario, minato still has chances as he has SM as well and that too perfect one... also jiraya can't use SM without summons..

Without the gates Gai is still a Taijutsu master. He doesnt solo rely on gates, he can just whoop peoples A$$es with speed and strength.

I'm a huge minato fan...I mean huge but without FTG he is at a severe disadvantage. FTG is more than a mere jutsu so you can't really compare it as such. If he loses FTG, he loses mobility, agility and speed. Not to mention half of his seal/barrier techs look like they involve FTG on some level (example: his kunai S/T tech he used to divert the bijuudama). Minato incorporates FTG into almost everything so it's the core of his battle strategies. I'm sure he could get around not using it but based on manga feats, he uses it for almost everything and every situation.
To me, there are only a handful of people that can mess with sage mode. That's why when shikaku realized that naruto had mastered the sage techniques, he said "HE'S ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL". Sage mode is pretty beast. Since minato never fully mastered sage mode, you can't say he would last against hashirama who has mastered sage mode. 97% of shinobi anywhere can't deal with someone who has mastered sage mode. Those are mangaphax.
