Madara can still sense and use powerful Katon along with his Gunbai. Kage Bunshin can pin him down with Katon, while Madara cuts him up with Gunbai. He can also use Haijingakure no Jutsu to cloak Obito's vision. Obito is never winning this.​

-his base speed far outclasses Obito's by feats, as his shunshin was so fast that SM naruto had no choice but to block.(aka couldn't dodge)
-Has better CQC feats due to superior usage of Gunbai.(and speed as above)
-Has better katons by feats.

So overall, Madara wins low diff.

Madara knows all jutsu Obito knows...because Madara taught him the jutsus.

This boils down to taijutsu and combat intelligence. Obito has slightly higher intelligence, while Madara has slightly higher taijutsu ability. Madara's taijutsu's dominance wins it for him high diff, because he's still intelligent.
