Since i'm bored. Keep in mind that pixel scaling isn't accurate, as the drawings aren't.

In this scan, Sasuke is 29 pixels and the jewel 70.

70 / 29 = 2.41379310345 (This was to determine how many times Sasuke fits into his PS jewel)

168 (Sasuke's height) x 2.41379310345 = 405.517241379 centimeters, aka 4 meters.

Let's compare the jewel to Susanoo's shoulder pad.

The jewel is 7 pixels and the shoulder pad (horizontally) is 49.

49 / 7 = 7

7 x 405.517241379 = 2838.62068965 centimeters, aka 28 meters.

Now let's use this pic to compare the shoulder pad to Susanoo's height.

The shoulder pad is 30 pixels and Susanoo, from head to foot is 291.

291 / 30 = 9.7

9.7 x 2838.62068965 = 27534.6206896, 275 meters. A pretty low-end calc.
