This is true. In fact all Naruto has really done is annoy Sasuke and try to get in Sasuke's way. If Sasuke actually wanted to go back to the right path then that would be a different thing. He might thank him for not giving up on him, but Sasuke was out trying to accomplish his goals and Team 7 was getting in his way. Why should he be thankful to Naruto.

In this fight Sasuke should be thankful to Kakashi after trying to shield him from Kaguya's bones
And Sakura for rescuing him from that dimension
both did this after he treated them bad.

, but Sasuke and Naruto have been fighting with each other against greater opponents for a while now, but that isn't any reason to be thankful. It was necessity. As he is Sasuke has no reason to thank Naruto.
