Nickname: Lightning Tiger

Looks
Mashiro's appearance is that of a young woman with hazel eyes. She wears a white bodysuit with orange gloves, boots and scarf, along with a set of goggles atop her lime green hair. Her overall style of dress is reminiscent of the costumes worn by the Tokusatsu superheroes in late 1970s Japanese television shows.
During her time as a village shinobi, she wore the standard Shinigami robes, though her sleeves were very long. She also wore a pink scarf and a pair of glasses perched atop of her hair, which was wavier then.
Personality
Despite having formerly attained a position as one of the elites as a rogue, Mashiro has very childish and immature mannerisms. She is portrayed as rather flighty and rarely takes note of the bigger picture around her. She is prone to throwing fits over the smallest of things, such as Orihime Inoue befriending Hachigen Ushōda or when Kensei insisted on following his subordinates into battle. Her childish personality frequently irritates her Captain Kensei, causing him to question why he kept her as a lieutenant at the time; he has noted she is capable of annoying him even while asleep.
She often calls Ichigo "Berry-tan" (Berry Boy in the English manga, Carrot-Top in the English dub anime), a play on Ichigo's name. She seems to be good friends with Hachi, instantly disliking it when Orihime befriends him.
In battle, she is somewhat more serious though, acting slightly like a superhero while attacking and after winning.

Background Information
History
Mashiro being born into the Hyuga clan was always picked on for having green hair which she got from her mother being that her mother was not from the clan. Her father however being from the Hyuga clan was just as you would expect from a Hyuga until he met Mashiro's mother he fell in love with her unique green hair as well. they moved too the outkirts of konoha and built a small cottage and began there family soon after giving birth to that tiny green bundle of joy Mashiro a lively child half Hyuga and her mother being of Otogakure.
however the age came for Mashiro that her father would bestow his clans knowledge to her and teach her the gentle fiat and how to unlock her Byakugan. she had first completed training in multiple elements and other various things such as taijutsu and ninjutsu. her trainers being noble and slightly weird at times bestowing numerous different ideals to her as well.
She leran elements from more konoha shinobi which were Nathan dono and Cobalt senpai both who became good friends and remained out of Mashiro's bingo book.
The last of her teachers were probly the most obscure and used different tactics while training, with Vision the drunken muse in taijutsu we got a little carried away with the sake at times and it seemed like we were drunk fighting more then training.
The day where i recieved ninjutsu training from Adachi sensei was probly the most perculiar then all the rest as at times it was like he was a she or maybe a he this boggled Mashiro not being too quick when it came to this sort of thing she referred to Adachi as sensei only.
Now begins her journey into the lineage of the Hyuga clan Hopefully with either Priest sensei or the legendary canon user lord Jinbei.

Her usage of the Lightning Style is so terrifying and coupled with her ability to perform its techniques with only one handseal, she is the epitome of a true master. Her rampages have earned her the moniker, "The Lightning Tiger".

Being quite an adept fighter herself, Mashiro incorporated her versatility into her Water Style usage and with it became a force to be reckoned with. With years of experience under her belt and after mastering the element, she was able to perform the handseals required in Water Style techniques a faster rate, giving her the edge she needed to quickly decimate her opponents.
