Hold up, Naruto can't kill Sasuke as it is mentioned that Sasuke's Rinnegan is needed to free the people from the Mugen Tsukuyomi, even if it is only the Rinnegan that is needed, I doubt that if Kakashi took the Rinnegan he'd be able to use it as he is not of the Ootsutsuki Blood.

That's not going to stop it Madara died when he battled Hashirama even if it was brief and Naruto is not of the same clan as Hashirama so the theory of clan specific is not certain it will end if they come to a resolution of there battle I think

No. There are no more Uchiha sweety. If Sasuke dies, then it's ova baby. No more transmigrations. Since he apparently did not die when Hashirama killed him, he was still in Madara. When he finally died of old age, he was reborn into Sasuke.

It's not going to stop it. Then again, Kishi can obviously do whatever he wants, but killing Sasuke isn't it. It isn't what Hagoromo wants, nor is it what Kishi wants. Hagoromo simply wants them to be on good terms, not to get one to kill the other. That destroys the whole point behind his motives. If that were the case, Hagoromo would've either killed Sasuke himself (or Madara for that matter) or would've gave his chakra to Naruto alone. Then, when Sasuke did in fact did seek to carry out his plan, he would be ridiculously overpowered by Naruto.

Besides that, Naruto said he'll end the FEUD. He has no intentions on killing Sasuke & Sasuke's Rinnegan is still needed to undo IT & Kakashi ain't got the POWA to use it. XD

Transmigration and reincarnation are not bound by blood relatives. They are bound by like minded souls. Indra's soul will reach out to a person who has the potential to crave power and control as much as he did and Ashura's soul will migrate to a person who believes that love and friendship are more important if Naruto and Sasuke don't stop the cycle.

I actually think it would be a good ending if naruto ends up killing sasuke for peace and the uchiha go down as a cursed lineage. There are no more uchiha to pass down the hate. Would be the most realistic ending. But I guess I'm fine as long as sasuke ends up dead. Don't see how he can be redeemed at this point.

All of the transmigrates were descendants of Ashura and Indra according to Black Zetsu.

There's not rule that says Indra can't transmigrate with a child of a different clan. Just because all previous were Uchiha, doesn't mean that there couldn't be a non-uchiha transmigrate in the future.
