Sasuke's possibility of using mokuton

Sasuke may has hashi cells from when kabuto saved him , so since he has the rinnegan he might be able to use mokuton instantly not like madara who couldn't until his life span was almost over , if that happen I think he will be able to just use mokuton and will not has the healing power at first ,,,,

Or he could just awaken the sage chakra faster than madara because of the rinnegan .

There's a chance, but a very small one. Sasuke has shown no signs of Hashirama's cells modifying his body like Madara or Obito. Naruto would have an equal chance since he has 6 paths senjutsu, which is related to the juubi/holy tree, and has had his chakra effect wood style by making it grow (which is how it's used in the first place)

Not exactly, it's made up off all 5 base elements, and KKG's are added to them to increase their power/size. This makes Naruto the strongest TSB user after Kaguya.
