I really like his English VA too I think it might still be Vic Mignogna? He does young Obito, Nagato and Cee. It sounds vaguely like him.

If that's true, then hopefully they use the same voice actor for the dub anime. From what is shown, I actually prefer this to the current japanese one.

if that really is video game i find the voice interesting and cool but it's not what i thought for obito at all. I thought it'd be deeper, maybe raspy or not raspy but something weird like how to japanese seems to have (i could be wrong on that but his japanese voice always sounded different from other japanese voices to me). Idk if this helps but this voice seems to smooth for me. tbh i don't like it at all on him

Vic Mignona does kid Obito's voice, not sure about this one. But he's Death the Kid, Ling, and Natsu.
