Is Shisui faster than Minato?

I can see confusion between Shunshin and FTG. It's usually mistranslated when they refer FTG to Shunshin. Masashi Kishimoto clarified the difference between them in his databook. Minato's title of his speed came from his teleportation, and not Shunshin. Therefore, Shisui is faster on foot.​

No he doesn't. He is only the fastest via FTG, there are a good amount of characters faster then him without FTG.

Fair enough, you can use hype, that's a good indication of his movement speed. Then use whatever we have on Minato.

Minato is faster. Who recognized Shisui's speed? His clan mates? U need world wide recognition to be even considered. Ay was alive during Shisui time yet flat out said minato is the fastest.
