If you are talking about the anime episode, then u need to watch it again, because Danzo cheap-shot Shishu, and he use a forbidden Jutsu to take his eye, and he still couldn't take his other eye, even with the help of his Anbu Black Ops pets.
About Danzo's right arm, that isnt Shishu's :vincent:, Otochimaru implanted Hashirama's cells in his arm, Shishu's body was found by the Uchiha.
