Why some one needs to change after eating the fruit ? I know it's not a normal fruit..It ischakra fruit. But that alone
won't make some one loose hope in people. Then why...Tobirama already given the answer. Yeah Tobirama knows the answer.

Tobirama says the lose of loved some one creates special chakra sprouts inside the brain.

You can see that it has tomes..it looks also like a sharingan - rinnegan eye. If the flower looks like that the fruit might also bear some appearance and characteristics of flower. By eating it might have produce chakra sprouts inside the brain of Kaguya...Which changes her behavior completely. By eating it she might get negative feelings even though she didn't loose anything in life.
