Sakumo is hyped to be > Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade and is praised by Minato.

The Kin/Gin bros are strong only as a duo and when using Kyuubi chakra, otherwise they are relatively shitty, ****ing Darui was blitzing then around. Shippuuden start Gaara, the jinchuuriki one, was defeated by a non serious Deidara. Hiruzen is strong, but actually not so strong.

Recipient or source it's a non sense. It's like saying Kyuubi > BSM Naruto just because. Kakashi's base skills/physical abilities are already above Obito's, and Kakashi has a perfect mastery of the left eye, something that Obito didn't show in the brief time he had it; instead Kakashi perfectly mastered the right eye too, even managing to combo those powers with his Raikiri. Kakashi also awakened Perfect Susanoo and can use it in combo with Kamui; Perfect Susanoo is certainly thanks to Obito's eye powers and Rikudo chakra, but also related to Kakashi, as the scarred left eye clearly shows. Not to mention how Kakashi is a much better and smarter fighter than Obito, even if they had the same powers he would be better; and he has already better powers, so... Obito is great too, of course. Kakashi is just another thing.

Kyuubi is a Bijuu, Jins are always stronger than bijuu, but Obito is not a bijuu, Kakashi's powers directly come from Obito.

while DMS Obito has everything DMS Kakashi has plus Senju DNA,Mokuton,Inyoton,Rikuudu chakra,6 paths jutsu plus Obito is an uchiha and his DMS powers are not temporary unlike Kakashi.
Also Obito has studied all the clans jutsus, recieved training form Madara. u are comparing his knowledge to Kakashi? lolz

Obito wasn't possessing anyone, lol that is a good fanfiction. Obito's soul simply passed his powers to Kakashi through his chakra. Kakashi used them with his skill and in combo with his abilities.

--killer bee is too low,

--war arc kakashi is way too high, he doesnt stand a chance against most of the people below him

--guy w/o 8th gate is also way too high, he would lose to most of the people below him

--base minato is also too high, he gets wrecked by half of the people below him as well,

wasn't possessing? lol then how come when Obito left, Kakashi lost his DMS powers? Obito was inside Kakashi till kaguya's defeat and when he left Kakashi's body he took all those powers with him.
