This. Observation haki especially was close to inexistant

all of them were:

1. CoC: Garp and WB (and probably more): didn't use it at all

2. CoA: no blackening. it was mentioned a couple of times but it didn't really do anything

3. CoO: same as CoA, didn't actually do anything

Oda din't yet know what he wanted to do with haki so it was terribly presented at MF, in fact is was so terribly shown that post TS Vergo seemed to have better armament that everyone at MF combined
