Pre-ordered my copy of Revolution a month ago...finally picked it up today, asked the guy if the DLC was in there, he said yea, and I went on my merry way.

But while the Naruto/Sasuke and Itachi Apron/Video DLC were in there, the Samurai Pack wasn't. I called them a few minutes ago, and the chick at the line told me she had no idea what DLC I was talking about when I mentioned the Samurai Pack, and that she'll have to call her Store Manager...

****ing Game stop! Anyone got an extra copy of the Samurai Codes?

Okay, they just called, and they said the Armor DLC was included in the Sasuke/Naruto code,but you might still have to unlock it in-game. I highly doubt this is true, as I've already redeemed the code and only got Nardo and Sauce, but whatev. They said if other people call with the same problem they'll get a reply from corporate, and they should figure out what's going on than.

Dude I hate those little *****es along with EA and Microsoft. I lost my Madden 15 download code with my Xbox One Bundle and they said they couldn't ****ing replace even though they said they can tell when and where I purchased and if I used a code or not

Yes, yes it was. If you were luckier, you could've not gotten the Itachi apron DLC.

Alright everyone, I sent a message to Bandai Namco support, and told them of what happened. I kept the receipt of when I preordered it a month ago, and also my receipt of when I picked it up today.

Hoping they'll give me a code, or at least tell me what i can do.

There is no code, you unlock it at around 1500000 ryo

You sure? Cause they made clear it was a Preorder DLC, and some people have gotten codes for it.

And not only that, Sage Hashirama is unlocked at 1300000. There is no way that they will make the Samurai Armor higher than that.

Your SOL. I'm pretty sure Namco Bandai made it so America couldn't get the Samurai pack. Don't blame GameStop. Namco Bandai didn't give the NA copies the dlc.

I think I had the same problem with storm 3 dlc and it would show up until I downloaded it again.

No, the Samurai DLC is supposed to be a separate DLC. It has nothing to do with the code for Apron Itachi.
