Hagoromo belives that Chakra should not be used to give any individual power.
Yet he gives Sasuke and Naruto power to match Juubi jins, without any way of stopping them if they turn out to be complete bastards like everyone else before them.

Be annoyed. These are the facts. There were more to the Akatsuki then Uchiha and Senju DNA you know. Those Kage level shinobi handled the bijuu quite easily. It would happen again.
