Madara basically had Kaguya and/or the Gedo Statue, and the 9 Tailed Beasts extracted from him. Obito had the Gedo Statue, Black Zetsu (and maybe Half of Kurama), and then Naruto's Six Paths' Yang Seal/power to "temporary revive" Obito.
