Well yes you got that right. Obito has his Rikudo powerups too. I was basically making a top 10 list that would be valid before the sage entered the story. (I was also talking about War arc Kakashi, not the one who got powered up by Obito)

The bold is completely wrong, as Hashirama is a couple of tiers above Nagato. The difference between EMS sasuke and Nagato is not that big.

Nagato Dog Summon is unstoppable
Nagato can fly which negates all Mokuton
Hashirama has no counter for Chibaku Tensei
Universal Pull is a problem
Shinra Tensei Block any attack Hashirama has

And more factors but they are equal. Rinnegan=Sage Mode
