Objectively speaking, even the past Hoakge admitted their mistakes.

Hashirama admitted that his policies failed. Hashirama also said Madara may have been right (in the anime).

Kakashi admitted Sasuke was a victim of the times they are living in.

Naruto said what Sasuke is currently doing makes total sense.

Sasuke isn't actually evil. It's just NB hates him.

Simply having a meeting of the 5 Kage and other representatives of each of the Nations (most likely heroes of the War) to discuss long term peace resolutions. With Gaara, Tsunade, and the Tsuchikage most likely at the forefront, a lot can be changed for the better.

Honestly, that's more an answer than Naruto has. Sasuke's answer right now (as we know it) is to kill the Gokage and to seal the TB. Also to probably eliminate ninjutsu.

As an alternative, Let's look at the objective results of the current system:

-Four Shinobi World Wars under Hashi's system
-Madara, Obito and villains like them
-The near extinction of mankind under Project Tsuki no Me
-Even the previous Hokage admitting they messed up bad
-Kaguya nearly wiping out mankind
-S06P himself admits... yeah I sorta messed up to trust just Ashura

Let's face it objectively, NB. Madara was right when he declared that the world the S06P made was a failure The twisted system that created these problems still exists. If the world went back to the way it was, the other villages and Konoha would still seek out the TB. War would start again.

Sasuke is right. naruto is wrong. It's that simple.

Honestly I don't think Naruto is trying to change the current system. We've seen no statement from Naruto himself that he sees any problem with Konoha or it's current system.

+1 with your analysis about Naruto, since he is still way too inmature in this matter.

But I have to disagree with Kakashi siding with Sasuke. Basically, Sasuke is trying to do a coup d'état at worldwide scale, just what the Uchiha Clan tried to do in Konoha.

Sasuke's revolution is not anarchism at all... au contraire, I believe (considering the scale level of his current power) is more like a military dictatorship, to reforge the basis of the ninja system.

This kind of world uses necessarily the fear as a way to force people's will.

Should I remind you that this method was used before?

...Kaguya Ootsutsuki. And she failed, miserably.

I think what Sasuke is hinting at is to end the ninjutsu system altogether -- he plans to seal the TB. Kill the Go-kage. Seal the S06P and die alongside Naruto. Why? To seal Ashura and Indra's chakra forever. He intends to kill Hagoromo's entire bloodline. To end the entire ninja system for good. Chakra ceases to exist, and then war ceases to exist. Ninjas go extinct. He realizes the Go-kage won't accept this, so they have to die.

TL;DR: Sasuke wants to kill God. Madara just wanted to become God. The rest of NB is simply not seeing what Sasuke's real intentions are. They think he's another Madara, because Hashi said so. Reality is Hashirama was a bad leader. His leadership lead Konoha and the world to the brink of destruction.

Your conclusion is based on the false assumption that it was the Sage's system that originated violence and discord, when, in fact, people still fought each other before Kaguya and chakra came along.

Naruto doesn't have an exact plan right now because that's simply not possible, for a single person to come up with the answer to all the world's problems in one day. Try to be realistic. These kids are freaking 17 years old. Of course they shouldn't know how to fix the world.

And in the end, you have to realize that, as long as people have free will, there will be conflict. Even Madara knew this, which is why his conclusion was to put everyone in their own respective dreams. Sasuke is also trying to negate people's free will, albeit simply by ruling with an iron fist. And of course, as Timmy Turner once said in a Fairy World reality show, what could possibly go wrong?

If Sasuke's plan for the world involves him killing people, then he is no different than the people he wants to kill. That's how the current system has been, killing each other for their own benefit.
