Shonen Jump+ isnt confirmed to be anything yet but it was also teased by hitman reborn and jojo's author so if its a crossover, it will be a pretty big one.

Two different animation studios (Toei & studio pierrot) that are competing with one another will probably never work together. I don't know how fierce the competition is with animation companies but it seems highly unlikely. I'll admit that I rather see that than another OP & DBZ crossover.
