My personal Prediction is that she will trick them to coming into the marine holy land using vivi (someone luffy thinks is nakama) as bait. Then using the three admirals to trap them​

Probably not. If Oda starts giving importance to all these characters, OP will never be finished. There may be another confrontation with SHs though.

Oda definitely hasn't forgotten her. Wouldn't be surprised if she somehow got a big powerup and ended up becoming the first female arc villain. But the chances of that are almost nonexistent, she'll probably just make the Buster Call next time she seems them and really corners them in, or will lead a bounty crew and be the weak leader, like Spandam.
