Is It stacked because I restricted Edo Tensei? I believe people are just severely underrating the Legendary Sannin. Let us not forget that Itachi and Kisame were scared to Take Jiraiya on, and that was before they even knew of his Sennin Mode. If Orochimaru is able to keep Deidara out of the sky using Summoning or the Kusanagi that extends and flies, it would actually be a close match up. And
Jiraiya the Sage vs a Sick Itachi who was taken out by Kirin Sasuke? It is pretty obvious who would win there.

--Amaterasu gets rid of tsunade: and the constant burning effect of the flames renders her byakugou useless

--jiraiya starting in base just means that he also gets taken out by Amaterasu. And the akatsukis are not letting him enter SM meaning that he dies rather quickly

--orochimaru still gets taken out by genjutsu and tsukuyomi would one shot him completely. Totsuka can also seal him away just how it did in canon

--once itachi takes out the two sannin. Deidara gives him the flight. Whilst kisame stalls Jiriaya long enough to allow deidara to cast C4 which takes out Jiriaya,
