Idk what could happen later in life. If I died now, I'd like to think I'd go to heaven, especially with the morals I have. But who knows what happens later in life for me? I may make too great of a sin that can't be redeemed. So that's why I mention them both.

And when your memories are also accessed by your brain, when your memories are turned off, you forget you lived when you die.
