Hagaromo-powered Sharinnegan Susanoo managed to block IT-powered moonlight. Rinnegan alone doesn't give you immunity. If she hits them with IT (which with Byakugan is like 100% success rate) - they're done for.

And if dimension-shifting comes into play - Kaguya rotflstomps Madara. They can got for a shift-fight and Kaguya comes victorious since she has tons of times more chakra.
