Is Naruto Shippuden Episode 380 a filler?

I don't see that title for any manga chapter.
If so, episode 379 will cover chapters 638-645.
Episode 381 and Chapter 646 have the same title, "Shinju"
So it is a canon episode or we are gona get a lot in Episode 379.
